– Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, missed appointments, or late arrivals may result in a booking fee being applied to reflect the loss of reserved appointment time and staff availability. This booking fee is not a penalty or cancellation charge and is applied fairly and proportionately. By booking an appointment, clients agree to this policy.
– Colour Patch Testing: For safety reasons, all new clients who have not previously had a hair colour service at our salon are required to have a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. This is essential to ensure there are no allergic reactions to the colour products we use.
